I can't recommend these folks enough for all your car parts and upgrade needs!! I've been using Larkspeed for ages for everything related to my car. Recently swapped out my worn-out shocks thanks to their top-notch advice. Richard suggested a complete kit and provided excellent tips on how to maximize its performance. These guys are true car enthusiasts and really know their business. The customer service is spot on, and they had my kit ready for pickup super quick.

I've dealt with this company three times over the years. The first experience was decent, but the last two have shown me that they really struggle with running a business properly. If they have what you need in stock, things might go smoothly. But if they don’t, they’ll just hold onto your money for a week or more before they finally get around to refunding you. Anyone thinking about doing business with them should really think twice before handing over their cash and make sure to double-check that the items they want are actually available and correct. I won’t be using this so-called company again, and I’ll be sure to warn others, whether through word of mouth or online discussions, to steer clear of this mess.

I ordered a few hoses from Larkspeed and the service was top-notch. They responded to all my emails in no time. Definitely recommend them!

They sent me the wrong parts for my car, and to top it off, the return label from Royal Mail was also incorrect. In the end, I had to cover the return shipping costs, and they pointed fingers at me. I get that mistakes happen, but this was a double whammy, and I ended up wasting my time and £23 on delivery. I won't be shopping with this company again.

The products are solid, but man, their delivery service is a real mess. They gotta fix that or they'll lose more customers like me.
